Registration

Please read the following information before proceeding to register.

Registration will be located at the GRAND BALLROOM.

BOTH A SCHOOL I.D. AND A GOVERNMENT ISSUED I.D. MUST BE PRESENTED AT CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Delegates will be asked to sign the liability form. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting associated fees and participation in Conference. Liability form is not to be signed beforehand (minors excluded). Minors are required to obtain a parent/legal guardian signature prior to the event. The form can be found in "Downloads." Failure to do so forfeits entrance into Conference.


PREREGISTRATION

Preregistration closes 11:59PM February 19, 2010.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Accepted forms of payment for pre-registration include institutional checks, bank checks, and money order. Cash and personal checks will NOT be accepted for pre-registration. If one lump sum payment of registration dues is to be made for several individuals, please remember to include the names and schools of ALL COVERED REGISTRANTS along with your check/money order.

PRE-REGISTRATION FEES: FIND, Inc. Member Schools: $20 /delegate Non-FIND, Inc. Member Schools: $25 /delegate Cash and/or Personal Checks will NOT be accepted for pre-registration Your pre-registration payment of is due NO LATER than Friday, February 19th. Payments received after Friday, February 19th will be considered payment towards On-Site Registration. Obtaining tracking confirmation for your payment is highly recommended. REFUNDS No requests for refunds will be accepted. If an individual who has paid is unable to attend, we encourage that a substitute be found. A Substitution form should be filled out completely prior to Conference (located in "Downloads"). ON-SIGHT REGISTRATION


ON-SITE REGISTRATION FEES:

FIND, Inc. Member Schools: $30 /delegate
Non-FIND, Inc. Member Schools: $35 /delegate
